Our practice is in
Newcastle-under-Lyme and is committed to delivering high
quality healthcare services to meet the needs of our
patient population.
We are a great team offering a friendly and personal
service. We offer appointments with a
choice of male and female GPs, nurses and health care
assistant and GP trainees.
We offer a service to
unregistered patients who can make an appointment on the
telephone or walk-in and make one or possibly wait and
be seen. Unregistered patients need to complete a
form when they arrive with details of their actual GP
practice so that we can let them know about your
consultation.
We are interested in the
views and comments of our patients so that together with
staff and the Primary Care Trust we can respond to the
changing needs of our population. We are
developing a patients' forum and we regularly
carry out surveys to help us gather views. Our
comments box is located in reception and any comments are most welcome.
We will endeavour to keep you updated of developments at
the surgery with a quarterly newsletter and on this website.
PRACTICE LOCATION
We are on the Ground Floor
of Morton House which is on The Midway in the town
centre.
